Judge James Mellor published a written judgment today in the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) vs Craig Wright case, pointing out that Craig’s repeated and extensive lies in his written and oral evidence claiming to be Satoshi Nakamoto were the most serious abuse of court procedures. Most of the lies were related to forged documents to support his claims. COPA had filed against Wright in court in 2021, accusing Wright of forgery and perjury. The judge had previously ordered the freezing of Craig’s 6 million British pounds worth of Craig’s assets.
